The casting exposition in Komárov presents items of artistic casting from the collections of the National Technical Museum in Prague. It is a set of around 650 items, castings and molds from the first half of the 19th century, when the iron foundries of Komárov became acknowledged centers of artistic casting. Among the castings we find plaques, statues, lanterns, jewelry and other useful and decorative items. Also included are items that the foundries presented at the World's Fair of 1891. The exhibited set is supplemented by mining artifacts showing traditional mining techniques in Komárov.
