Everyday Use Objects

nářadí pro barmany BARBAR, design Ladislav Škoda, výroba Tescoma, 2006

The current collection with some 160 inventory numbers includes plastic products for everyday use mostly developed by designers in the 1960s to 1990s – especially in the companies of the companies Plastimat Liberec and New Substance Pressing Shops (now named Plastic Substances Pressing shop) of Vrbno pod Pradědem. A certain contrast is the most numerous part of this subgroup – currently a roughly seventy-piece collection of kitchen tools and appliances of the Czech company Tescoma, where a strong designer studio operates composed mainly of young graduates of the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Zlín.
